The only way I now deal with them, is to instantly ask God to return reaction of their evil back unto them. Their evil retuned to them by demand for cosmic retribution, sets God's Law into action to have them experience consequences of their own evil returned back to themselves. And it's very quick, instead of taking a long time for them to experience evil they have generated and imposed upon others. Speed up the day of reckoning by demanding cosmic retribution. And God takes care of the results.
