On this day, my phone was unplugged. While I was lying down, I began to experience symptoms reminiscent of Havana Syndrome, specifically a brief ringing in my left ear. Upon waking, I was met with a severe headache that radiated from ear to ear.

1/6/25 - Many TIs including myself are experiencing this very same phenomenon along with also experiencing a small piercing needle-like sensation (like a prick from the thorn of a rose bush) which causes drowsiness.
