Once receiving the public alert text with a fake biography (person of interest by law enforcement, criminal, drug-dealer, domestic terrorist, prostitute, child molester, rapist etc.). The public is probably informed to type in the location of the Targeted Individual( falsely placed on a watchlist without any due-process of the law). Some of the clothing that the public wear are black hoodies, black sweat pants and white tennis shoes. However I've seen a lot of participates wearing black wear Adidas sweatpants and tops. Lastly, electro-magnetic( microwave, radio waves, Milli-meter pulse devices) devices seem to be the weapon of choices. It's hard to detect electro-magnetic attacks, without devices that can detect them. Hand-held Tri-field meters are good, also color spectrum analyzer.
