A POLICE REPORT HAS BEEN FILED AND HERE'S WHAT I WROTE TO THE NEW LANDLADY BECAUSE ONE JUST QUIT.

Dear Property Manager,

I am writing to report an urgent and deeply disturbing issue that requires your immediate attention and action. Someone has smeared bodily fluids and feces on the walls of my rental unit at [REDACTED]This is an extreme health hazard that needs to be addressed without delay. This has happened already on 11/18/24 a police report was and has been filed. And now it continues to happen and has happened again today on 12/5/24.

The affected areas include "the hallway leading to the bathroom and the living room wall. This vandalism poses severe health risks and needs to be cleaned. As my landlady I request that you take the following actions immediately:

1. Send a professional cleaning and sanitation crew to thoroughly clean and disinfect all affected areas within 24 hours including my carpet as I have previously requested in a previous photo. 2. Investigate the source of this vandalism to prevent future occurrences. 3. Repaint the walls after cleaning, if necessary. 4. Implement additional security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the building.

This situation violates health codes and the implied warranty of habitability. I expect this matter to be treated with the utmost urgency given the severe health implications. Please confirm receipt of this letter and provide a timeline for when these issues will be addressed. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 24 hours, I will be forced to contact local health authorities. Thank you for your prompt attention to this critical matter.
