TARGETING TAVARES

So I was giving my dog a bath and this perp was standing and staring at me really long and hard. Pay attention to her body language when she looks away and signals for two other perps to come and witness what I'm doing. Now please note she doesn't know that I'm recording her. I knew that they would follow me to see what I'm doing but if you're a TI this may have happened to you. A normal person wouldn't have stood there all that time. This is the kind of irrational behavior that the perps exhibit. But yet they're always calling us paranoid. We're not obsessed with the lives of people we don't know.
