Domestic Surveillance stalking is basically FBI, DHS directed Stasi policing. Such lawlessness whether carried out by the East Herman Stasi, the Gestapo or the KGB is a sign that tyranny has overtaken a Country.
Such activity is nothing new for the FBI, the exposed illegal cointelpro (counterintelligence surveillance) operations were carried out from 1956–1971 before exposed, these were stalking, psychological warfare, assassination operations.
These operations grew rapidly after the 9/11 attacks, in the last 23–24 years we have seen America descend into lawlessness and chaos, undoubtedly a result of our intelligence agencies (CIA, NSA, DOJ, DHS, FBI, etc) engaging in illegal activities on a massive scale daily, for over twenty years.
Corruption breeds corruption, and criminals commit crimes, when you have criminals in positions of power, much less law enforcement, they quickly feel self empowered, above any law, self righteous, and unaccountable for any crime.
