The police will not help you anyway, so there is no point in reporting something you know they will dismiss as the rantings of a raving lunatic. I’ve never expressed any concern when I have been gang-stalked. Why? I know they aren’t technically allowed to do physical harm or steal property. They want you to look and act like some kind of nut-job. They want you to break the law and/or act with violent intent. Ignore the stalkers. If they break into your home/apartment and move things around or knock things over, clean up the mess, and ignore the rest. It’s always disconcerting when something is out of order when you arrive home, but reporting it makes you look like you belong in a padded room. You don’t. They are the bullies on the playground. The bully wants you to react so you can be ridiculed, fired from your job, or worse. Do not react and give them control over your emotions and your life. Pray, hope, and don’t worry. You are way smarter than them. Nothing “sticks in their craw” more than a person who shrugs it off. “Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” Peace and blessings to you.
Ok let me break this down. There's no point in going to the police because you said that they won't help me anyway. Here's the deal they are the ones that took that oath to serve and protect that's their job not mine. They're the ones that took up the oath to uphold the Constitution, I'm not a person who's going to give up and just accept whatever maybe you do and others do especially when this is ongoing and most importantly I have strong evidence to support my claims of my home being burglarizee with malicious mischief that happens everyday. I don't care what anyone says. They have a job and they need to do it period there are no excuses for that not doing it.

So you're telling me that even though the same things keep happening and the harassment and the laws on the books are being broken to just not report it right? Not I CIARA TAVARES-REYES I only call or deal with law enforcement when crimes on the books have been committed against me and that I can prove. I don't care how it sounds to them. That's why I document and record everything. I could care less what they think of me because at the end of the day THAT'S THEIR JOB, and if you can't do YOUR job then perhaps you need to find a new one.
Not allowed to do harm or steal physical property? I know you didn't just say that are you serious? They have stolen things from me before, damaged my property which would be the equivalent of stealing it and I was setup on a Romeo Trap with a man who worked for the FBI or NYPD or whomever had a 3 year relationship and was raped by him. I have been molested in my own home and when I was in a shelter and one person even confessed to it. That was very damaging to emotional well being and I still can't process this trauma as it is something that I'm deeply affected by til this day that is very haunting which is why why I refuse to date and stay away from people particularly men. I was baited and then they switched.
Yes they break in and move things around, that's the psyops it's still part of this program but I don't make a police report about that. You're talking to a TI who's been targeted for 12 years now. So I'm very experienced with many levels in this illegal crime syndicate. This entire program is very intricate and has many layers to it gang stalking is 50% psychology and 50% technology. I don't pray I'm an atheist. Prayer is useless its like doing nothing with extra steps. Will prayer cure cancer? No. Will prayer stop mass shootings? No so there's no point in that. This harassment is 365 24/7 the smallest things to me impact me the most I know I sound super petty but it really does it vexes me so much and I was never like that before. Even when nothing is going on there are times particularly when I'm in my home I just want to cry but I can't. I just have to inhale all of this harassment keep fighting, in in a constant state of fight or flight is not conducive to healthy living.
In my almost 25 years of being a TI, there is only one thing that keeps me going, my faith. I will further tell you, I have found that I trust no human except my closest confidantes, my wife, my sister and my mother. I have walked many times up to the precipice, and backed away knowing the destruction suicide leaves in its wake. I think there are varying degrees of the targeting. I read a CIA whistleblower comment that said the TI program is simply to hold your hand and walk with you to your eventual suicide. I don't worry, again, because I know there is something greater. The night after I made my initial remarks to you, trying to give you hope, I got the loud trumpet blast in my head and my wife was sleeping next to me. I get the DEWS. Twenty-five year veteran here. Trust in man. You will be disappointed. That's a fact.

Use their call/visit logs against them for repeatedly coming out to your home and disturbing your right to privacy and peace.
You should be able to get a civil harassment order to stop the harassment.
